More About Me

Gail M. Flom has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2012 and has been selling Real Estate in the in the Bismarck-Mandan area since 2013.  Prior to moving to Bismarck in 2013, Gail lived in West Fargo for 26 years and worked for the Federal Government for 24 ½ years. Gail worked in property management for a short period of time before being hired by the Federal Government. She loved managing the single-family homes in their portfolio and loved meeting and dealing with the people on a day-to-day basis. She knew Real Estate would be the perfect retirement job.

Gail grew up in East Grand Forks, MN and is the youngest of 11.  She says she was shy until the age of 5 and is sometimes still a little shy now depending on the crowd.  Those that really know her find that hard to believe and her family will tell you she is definitely not shy!

Gail developed a strong work ethic at a young age.  She had her first job at the age of 14 and has worked ever since.  She put herself through college at UND, mostly because she wanted to be a hockey cheerleader, and attended MSUM, while working full-time, to get additional accounting credits to qualify for her Special Agent position with the Federal Government.  She is a strong believer in if there is a will, there is a way; work hard, think outside the box, be honest, and if it is meant to be it will be.

Gail is a member of the Bismarck-Mandan Optimist Club; the Stilettos, The Power of 100 and the Bismarck-Mandan Business and Professional Women’s Organization.  She has served on the Board of the Stilettos and received the Rookie of the Year Award in 2018. She was a past   President of the Business and Professional Women’s Organization and has chaired their Golf Tournament and Scholarship Committee. She has been active in the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors on the RPAC, RE-Act, Education, Program and Public Affairs Committees.

Gail has two sons, Matthew, who is a licensed REALTOR®, with Alliance Real Estate; and Caleb who is attending college with aspirations of a career in Law Enforcement or potentially attending law school in the future.

She loves to fish, summer and winter, dance, play cards and yard games and has a little bit of competitiveness in her. She got her first buck tag in 2019 and shot a buck.  Gail can be reached at 238-7868 and www.sellbismarck.com
